Terms of service.

1. Acceptance.

By creating a Huxkan account or installing the Hux agent, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service.

Huxkan Labs provides (a) the Kan control plane SaaS, accessed via app.huxkan.com, and (b) the Hux agent, distributed as a Linux binary you run on your own GPU infrastructure. The two together constitute the "service".

3. Your responsibilities.

• You are responsible for the security of your VMs, including TLS certs you upload, API keys you issue, and end-user access controls you configure.
• You are responsible for compliance with laws in jurisdictions where you operate, including export controls on model weights.
• You are responsible for monitoring and paying for your own GPU compute. Huxkan Labs does not provide compute.

4. Acceptable use.

Do not use the service to: (a) generate child sexual abuse material, (b) generate malware, (c) circumvent the security of any third party, (d) violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause, with notice when feasible.

5. Fees and billing.

Free tier is free. Paid tiers are billed monthly per the pricing page. Past-due accounts may be downgraded after 14 days of grace. We do not hard-stop your gateway for billing reasons within the grace window.

6. Termination.

You can delete your account at any time from the console. We can terminate for cause (acceptable-use violation, non-payment past grace) with notice. After termination we purge your data within 30 days; backups roll out within 90 days.

7. Warranties & liability.

We provide the service "as is" with the warranties our SLA grants you (currently informal — paid Enterprise contracts have written SLAs). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes.

We may update these terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
